South Efford House is homely and relaxed offering a superior quality of life in the country. We hold you at the heart of our care. We will make time for you, listen to you, respect and support you, whilst enabling you to maintain control of your own life. The atmosphere is homely and happy, with our staff selected for their empathy and compassion, to ensure you receive the best possible service.
South Efford House provides accommodation and personal care for 22 older people, aged over 65, who may also have physical disabilities and/or dementia.
The Location
South Efford House is set in beautiful surroundings in the South Hams 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', at Aveton Gifford near Kingsbridge.
The Home
Our beautiful gardens are bounded by farmland and the Avon estuary. Accommodation is in mostly single rooms but we also have twin rooms for couples. Some rooms are en-suite bed sitting rooms.
Activities
For those who wish to join in we have a very active social calendar, both within the Home and also involving the local community. We have excellent trained and caring staff who provide daily activities, in a happy environment in pleasant surroundings.
Our Care
