Rosebank Residential Home Ltd. - Care Home
Rosebank is situated in a quiet residential area, it's within walking distance to local shops, GP surgery, Pharmacy & the town center with all its amenities. There's parking spaces available & a bus stop nearby.
Rosebank offers unique welcoming surroundings, providing a home for 12 Residents. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle with no loss of choice or independence, sharing their time amongst friends in good quality surroundings.
An Assessment is conducted prior to admission, to determine personal care needs and compatibility with the home. During a 4 week trial period Residents' sample our care & services & an individual 'Care Plan' is devised in agreement with the Resident & their families as appropriate.
We have a variety of social events, outings & activities which our Residents can participate in, if they wish to. Our experienced & well trained staff are dedicated in providing the necessary support to enhance the well-being of our Residents; this is achieved by understanding their lives, preferences and anxieties.
All rooms have nurse call systems & ensuite facilities; all have been tastefully re-decorated and comfortably furnished this year. Residents may dine in the dining room or in their rooms and our staff are trained to provide any assistance needed. Varied menus of well prepared and nutritious traditional meals are provided by our own staff; with emphasis on good food and fresh produce. Special dietary needs are fully catered for.
Friends and family are welcomed at all times. Regular visits by hairdressers, chiropodist, dentist, opticians & the clergy take place. The GP & the District Nurses provide home visits. Wheelchair access and a specially built ramp into the garden are all available.
