Kingsmead is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care for the frail elderly and mentally infirm elderly, in a selection of differing rooms.

The Home

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority are en-suite and they all have telephone and television points.

Kingsmead has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times, are also an important feature of the home.

The Cusine

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The Servcies

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents

The Location

Kingsmead is situated in a quiet residential area of Swindon, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M4 motorway. Specifically, the town centre is only + mile away.
