Fermoyle House has been adapted to provide accommodation and nursing care for thirty-two service users from the age of 60 years.

The home is located in a residential area within easy access to the local shops and community facilities. There is also access to a local bus service.

The Home

Fermoyle House provides accommodation in Spacious, comfortably furnished rooms single and shared rooms. All bedrooms have a hand basin, nurse call system and TV point. There is also the facilities for private telephones in bedrooms. The home has two lounges, and a dining area. The garden to the rear of the property is well maintained and is overlooked from the lounge. Car parking is available at the front of the home.

The dignity and individuality of each Resident is of paramount importance, regardless of physical or mental need. A private facility, if required, is available for residents to meet friends and family and for discussion and review with Management.
