Clare House is a 43-bedded Care Home providing nursing care for elderly service users.
The Location
Formerly the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, Clare House is situated in a peaceful residential area of Uxbridge. It is also convenient for friends and family with a regular bus service and good access to the M40 and other motorways.
The Home
The home sits in large, level gardens with an attractive ornamental pond and seating areas to be enjoyed on a sunny afternoon, as can the secluded courtyard garden. Comfortable and welcoming, the home offers light and spacious rooms, furnished to a high standard and all with en-suite facilities for privacy and convenience.
